Kate grew up locally then went to Harper Adams University to study Agriculture. Over the years Kate has worked on a variety of farms, from a dairy farm in Cumbria, a sheep station in New Zealand, to a large estate in Oxfordshire managing the grain processing business, where she was involved with LEAF and their Nature Based Solutions to Climate Change project. At FarmED, Kate runs all the agricultural courses and hosts many a farm walk! Kate's passionate about educating about food and how it's produced. You will see her around the farm usually accompanied by her dog Peggy.
